Hi Guys
2001 2.5 CRD LX with Intermittent Electrical Problem with A/C Blower and Radio.
ONLY in Hot Weather do we seem to have this problem, had it last summer also, dealer didn't know what it would be! Had a new A/C Condenser fitted.
When we leave the car in the hot sun for a period and come back to it the light on the a/c controls lights up but fan may give a attempt to start then stops or fails to start completely. Radio volume also starts/stops but lights and display on radio on "but no one home"
Switching the controls off then on may work for a short period then stop again. I have tried leaving car with all windows open to reduce cabin temp but still same problems.
Relays in the Fuse box can be heard clicking repeatedly during this start stop of blower motor fan.
Has anyone come across this problem? any input greatly appreciated
