crusing on hwy, +\- 55mph, slowed turnd left to secondary road, transmission neutral indicator light starts flashing, no power to transmission, engine runs fine........ help

It sounds like an electrical problem. You might try checking your wiring harnesses and plugs for good clean contacts.
