2005 T&C Rear AC Problem

Hi, Just got this T&C and the rear AC blower works fine but no cold air. AC works fine up front. No manual ( just ordered one) which may answer the question.
 
Also, the radio comes on and works but very poor reception like the antenna isn't plugged in. How does it come out to check it?

are u using the rear controls or the front controls  and do u have an led display  or just a manual display?
Does te radio only do that on some or all stations??  and are u in the middle of no where?

The controls to the rear AC/Heat are manual no led stuff.  In back I just have a fan knob and a temp knob. Up front just a fan knob. I can run the fan from the front or the rear it just doesn't get cold.
 
The antenna is my culprit and I got it working - sorta. It was unplugged in the fender area but think it may need replacing.
