Hello everyone;
I just purchased a 2006 Pacifica Touring FWD yesterday. So far, I think it''s a great car. One question I have however...on the 2002 Ford Exploder I traded in for the Pac, the cruise control switches on the steering wheel were illuminated. The switches on the Pac are not. Is this the way they are supposed to be, or are mine just not working. Thanks and I look forward to reading all of the posts here and learning.

Bad news....no lights. Must be a Mopar thing, cause we used to have a Caravan and it didn''t have illuminated cruise buttons either.

We have an ''04 and it''s not illuminated, don''t think any were.

I think my 2001 Sport Trac is the only car I''ve ever had that had illuminated cruise controls. MY wife''s Toyota has them on a seperate stalk at the 5:00 position. The controls on the Pacificia has bigger buttons than a lot of other cars do. I''ve never had a problem.

My Bmw 540 has illuminated Cruise Buttons.
its not hard to remember though. right up is faster right down is slower,like a video game,lol
