cold air kit 99 LHS

 Now that my wife''s LHS is running much better, has anyone out there put together a cold air kit for the intake to up the performance?  I know I could probably spend a bunch of money for one from KN, but I''m trying to keep things in the budget. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, DaveC
