Has anyone change there own fog light bulb? I bought one for 10 bucks, the dealer says I will have to pay a minimum of 70 dollars...... R U kidding me for a freaking bulb.
Can anyone help?

very easy to do.
 
for the drivers side, turn your wheels all the way to the right so you have room (passenger side turn them left), look in the wheel well, on the plastic cover along the outer edge there are 3 plastic clips, and at the bottom outer edge 3 different one.  I suggest you go to pep boys or any auto part store and purchase a door panel remover tool so you don't damage the clips.
 
remove all 6 clips and then you can see the back of the fog light unit. both passenger and driver side work the same way.  The bulb is in the "9 o'clock" position, turn it to the right to the "6 o'clock" position and it will come out. unplug it and plug in the new one DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS OF THE NEW BULB.
 
put it back in at the 6 o'clock position and turn to the left to the 9 o'clock position, make sure the 3 plastic tabs on the bulb are lined up.
 
check the front of the light and make sure the bulb is in straight otherwise it will melt the lamp fixture.
 
passenger side is exactly the same.
