Around 30K miles I had to replace the front pads. Because the rotors looked good from outside the wheel, I didn't touch them. After I removed the wheel, I saw that the inner side of the rotor was badly scored and rusty.
Is this a known issue with the Concorde? Also, who would you suggest buying decent rotors from, aftermarket, dealer etc....

all rotors rust after 30 k unless u feel vibration u dont need to replace them.

I just replaced the front pads on my '99 300M yesterday...I left the rotors alone as there was no vibrations or pulsating. I think people believe they always need their rotors "turned" or replaced simply because the numerous service shops have conditioned us into believing this.
Anyway...if aint broke, dont fix it.
Total time to replace the pads, 48 minutes, and I am a rookie mechanic.

I have a 96 New Yorker that needs front brakes. What size is the bolt that holds the caliper on?

sorry...I don''t recall other than it was metric...between a 10mm and 14mm I think
