hi my heater works just on full power

hi on my dodge grant caravan 1998 2.4 heater work just on full power  and then I do on the front screen my real wiper star works mybe know whot happening thank you

Possibly the AC resistor block?  In my Cirrus it is located on the passenger side under the dash.  I replaced mine a few months ago and it cured the problem.
