Alright quick story my boss has one of these cars and im going to help him.
i found this...
http://www.stullindustries.com/webstore/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=18 now his grille that he bought is a MVP Euro Style grille from 300store.com.
it says when you click the link NO HARDWARE IS INCLUDED BECAUSE YOU RE-USE THE OEM STUFF.
thats great no problem i wouldnt think just unclip some stuff and install the new grille should take about 1 hour correct?
NOW! after clicking the link above it says you need to un-bolt the front bumper... CUT clips. all thats fine although id rather avoid it....AND how do you "CUT CLIPS" and then not have hardware to RE-INSTALL the wheel well covers?
thats a problem!
do any of you have a link on how to install this grille, or is the link i posted above the only way to do this install?
p.s im on a time crunch he would like it done by THIS saturday 4-28
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
post links and pictures!

i did it, i got the grille on. you NEED to take off the front bumper and you NEED to go to auto zone and buy 6 fasteners for the lock-ins that were stock on the wheel fender.
also he wanted his licence plate frame on the car cause its the law in illinios and i got Mr.Dremel out and started hacking away.
it looks really good.
after i did that my co-worker reversed hard into a dumpster at work on accident and i had to change out his rear drivers side tail light. it was like a "mod party" i never did body work till yesteday and look at me go! tearing peoples bumpers out and sitting in peoples trunks pully body panels out!
+1 for me.
if i need any more help ill stop back. thanks anyways.

Just so you know, you can remove the grill without removing the bumper.
