How do you remove shift knob on a '06 300, trying to install a wood shift knob

sorry i was wrong   if u dont see a little hole with a bolt or screw  then lift up hard on it

Funny thing..I did the same thing as Pyron02 stated, and it worked VERY WELL for me, matter of fact, I've done it 
several times; changing out Shift Knobs...

It takes a bit of doing but you can actually just twist it Off. Get a firm grip, twist to the left. You might have to twist right and lift to loosen some adhesive but it will twist off.
