Hi, all
The HVAC will only blow out the top vents on my ''98 Concorde. I looked under the dash and can see the diverter valve switching when I hit the buttons on the control panel, but no matter what setting it''s on, it only blows out the top vents.
Any suggestions on what could be causing this?
