Installing Double Din in a 1.5 Din Opening

Can this even be done? I've read somewhere this could be done by swiching the Radio Trim from an Eclipse, is this true? I would like to install a double din in dash navigation/DVD player. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Well thanks for the replies.  lol.......went with the new JVC KD-NX5000   single DIN NAVI w/ Hard Drive...pretty sweet...check it out
