What kit is that? Where did you get it? Give us some info please! What size rims, what suspension and so on?
It really does look hot!
Thanks!

Photoshop?

the kit is from GIMMIC. acutally the shop i have business with in japan made this kit. they are also in production for lowering suspension & shock kit. these are not available in the states yet.
rims are from "Sporza".
i send this pacifica for import car show in japan, so there're some stickers on the windshield. that's why i wanted to delete those in the pic to be posted. if i used photoshop, i could've done much better job! hahaha.
now i'm gonna buy another pacifica and make same kinda car like pic since they want to keep mine(black one) there! they've already sent the body kit to here. i will post the pic when i finish mine!

When will the body kit be available? Since they won't be building anymore Pacificas after 2007 I'm considering this kit!

yeah, i'm not sure if he intends to sell the kit here in the us because he doen't see enough demand to bring this up.. however they make original body kits for different cars, so they might wanna bring it up all together if there seem to be a lot of demand. let me talk to him and find out.

OK, real enough.... pretty cool.
The photo of the Pacifica on the Pirelli stand has "mission zero" on the side of the car. Is it also a zero emmissions prototype of some sort?

Maybe we can do a groupbuy or similar. If we get a certain amount of interested people that will put down a down payment on this kit will he consider making a limited amount? Say we get 10 or 15 people who are interested would he make it for us? and if so how much would it be? There are other forums where we could get people in on this.

yeah. i've just talked to him about bringing the kit. he says if there're enough demand for 300C, Cad Deville which he makes those kits as well, he would start bringing kits. yeah, if we can get group buys together, he definately considers it. let's see how many people are interested.

Depending on how much, I'm interested.

If we can get a good price I'm in!
Get
www.pacificaforums.com involved in this and you may get some good demand!

ok..here's how. they make it when someone orders it, so it ain't cheap, thou.. anyway.
this is the link for their page in japan.
http://chaser.sakura.ne.jp/exclusive/gimmic.html he sells whole kit for 460000japanese yen.(which is about $3800-)
so including discount and shipping from japan(kinda a lot), he's thinking around $3,000~$3500 depends on how many people wanna buy...

What is it made out of? Is it fiberglass or urethane? $3000-$3500 is pretty steap! I know that I wouldn't be able to swing that but it is real nice anyway. Also, if it is fiberglass it wouldn't be worth it because even if they make the fiberglass flexible it can never be as flexible as urethane and for that kind of money I would only expect urethane.

At a reasonable price, I may have been interested. $3k is ridiculous and if it's fiberglass, it's even worse.

Good looking!
I am glad I am not the only one who thinks the Pacifica deserves some upgrades.
My car:
2007 Pacifica Touring 4.0l 6spd fwd Signature series.
I plan:
- lowering springs (-2" front and back)
- 275/45x20 on 20x8.5 (or 9.0) rims
I am searching since weeks to find lowering springs for my car, no luck. Can you or the group help?
What size rims did you put on?
What size tires?
Did you lower the car? If so, by how much, and where did you get the springs from?
Thanks for helping.

I just wanted to say that your ride is sick! I wish I could do some mods on my ride, but I promised myself I wouldn''t get into that again.

Nice. Have not seen Pac with any mods except wheels. I like what you''ve done. Lowering will complete it for sure.
I''d attach a photo of mine but the file is to large.

Not sure if any progress has been made in acquiring the GIMMIC body kit for the Pacifica, but I might be interested in a group purchase. That said, the price of 3400.00 does seem high when considered other vehicle kits can be found for well under $1000.00...
So I pose a question.
Can someone (i.e. 5-axis) in North America Duplicate a comparable kit, so owners can have access?
