Default 1977 New Yorker - no power to the Blower Motor

I was hoping someone might help me with my Blower motor problems. I have a 1977 New Yorker with a push button H53 Auto Temp II. The blower on all speed has stopped working. There is power to the fuse but none to the blower motor. Where is the next place to look? I have read that if it is the resistor that the blower would still work on the high setting. Can it be the blower switch? And if this is the next culprit to test, how would you access the switch? It is getting cold here!

Thanks in advance.
