Default 1997 Concorde 3.5 timing belt

OK, so my car died and I found the timing belt tensioner bolt broke. I got it all apart and now I need to get the timing set. The only thing I've found so far is about replacing a timing belt that isn't broken. Needless to say the engine was cranked a couple of times with out the timing belt turning the cams, so the timing is off. I know you need to line up the marks on the cam pullys, but can the cam be 180 degress off? If so how do I go about setting the timing right on both sides?

Invest in a Haynes manual. It'll pay dividends beyond this job.

Good news is that engine is NON Interfearance meaning you can turn the crank to TDC, Move the cams to between the marks (favor the center of the engine on both) and reassemble. 98 and up 3.5 bent valves are the norm if the belt breaks.
