If you buy aftermarket replacements, they are usually primed but unpainted, the aftermarket parts also are slightly smaller than the originals. I used to do autobody & found this to be true many times. I usually had to add some body filler on the edges then finish sand to make up the gaps that werent there before. If you get good ones from a used vehicle, you are best off - even if the color does not match. If you are up north, that will be hard due to rust, but in the south it is not so hard. I used to live in Fort Worth Texas & there is a series of salvage parts suppliers called Heaven - dodge heaven, honda heaven etc, they sell good rust free body panels. If you can find the stuff from someone like them, that is best. Then all you need to do is have them painted to color match. They are held on mostly by plastic clips and some bolts.
