Default 2000 Chrysler Concord: Valve body/ Solenoid Pack

Does anyone know exactly where the valve body and solenoid is located on the transmission. I have a 2000 Concorde that cuts off when put into drive. The scanner says to replace them. Can I drop the transmission pan, or does it have to be removed?
