that's on the dash? you know the column that is between the front windshield and the driver side window? well it should be made of plastic (on my car is plastic) it runs from the dash to the roof well start at the top and just try to pry it straight off, hard as hell to do, it may feel like your going to break it and you'll let go but eventually you'll just have to pry away until it snaps off and then when you have that off the black part at the the very front you should be able to reach and touch the side of it (part that covers the tweeter) you want to grab the side and start to pull up on that until you get it all up from one side to the other (may have to remove the other pillar) the tweeter should sit there held in by 2 screws. i attempted this one time and you need a really small screw driver as going in at an angle is not an option on this tweeter i disconected it and let it sit there unplugged as i hear no difference. if i ever get a screw driver small enough and a tweeter of right size i'm gonna replace mine
