Default 2001 Chrysler LHS

Hey guys,

I just bought this car, and the ac display is going out, and if i tap it , it comes back on.. any suggestions?

ATC Control panel. No need to buy new if you are handy. These are nototious for solder joints that fail and can easily be repaired. Or there is a guy on ebay thet sells repaired ones for decent $$

Will this also cause all the display lights, including the odometer display to dim and flicker sometimes?

That "seperate issue" is often called the "light show" common to LH cars.
Roll the "dimmer" wheel full teavel a few times and set it just below max brilliance. If it still occurs, there was a "fix" when these cars were new.
Disconnect/reconnect the wire harness at the headlight switch a few times. Finish off with a little dielectric grease on the contacts.
