2002 300m overheating
I'm having an issue with my beloved 2002 Chrysler 300m. About a week or so ago she began to overheat. At first this was due to a hole in the coolant reservoir. That has been replaced. But now the car is overheating again, it's not doing it as much as it was before...but it's still doing it nonetheless. I can drive it for a day or or so and she will be fine...and then other times I can drive for about 15 mins and it'll overheat again. My boyfriend took it to get a diagnostic test and these were some of the possibilities: Electric control unit internal malfunction code 11. Then, over voltage code 16 and then something about a smallnvacuum leak. Can someone PLEASE tell me what all this means...I am at a loss as to what to do. Will these fixes drain my wallet? Oh and no lights have come (check engine etc).

Most likely there still is an air bubble in the system. Anytime the cooling system on these cars is drained and refilled it must be blead of air. There is a fitting, front, center, top of engine 3/8 deep socket fits on it.
Cold engine as you fill open till coolant comes out, close and run engine with the heat on high. Once warm, crack it slightly to let the rest of the air out.
Rad cap new? if not replace it too..
