Default 2002 Concorde LX transmission problems

My 2002 Chrysler Concorde LX has the 2.7 L V6 engine in it with an automatic transmission. The transmission made a clunking sound and then the check engine light came on while I was driving it. The transmission has jerked from a stop when starting to drive the car and it had a hard time shifting into a higher gear once above 3,000 RPM yesterday, so I took it into a transmission shop and they test drove the car and said the transmission seems to be ok. They scanned the car and up came the following codes:

P1684 P1776 P0841 P0871

The transmission shop I went to said they do not specialize in electrical issues like this (they mostly replace transmissions) and they thought it was a low voltage problem. They cleared the codes, the check engine light went off and the car's transmission operated just fine on the way home.

I need to fix whatever it is. Any suggestions of what might be causing the problem?

I did have the head gasket and water pump replaced on this car just two days ago. I told the mechanic who did the work what the transmission was doing and he said I should check the two grey connectors by the master cylinder due to he had disconnected them and reconnected them when he replaced the head gasket and water pump.

I took apart these two connectors sprayed contact cleaner in them and reconnected them back together, but still had problems, so I took it to a the transmission shop that I mentioned in the previous post.

Not what you wanted to hear, But its REBUILD TIME......

All three of those codes are related to switch valves. Simple enough.......Debris and worn clutch material find their way into the spool valves in the Valvebody, and are preventing them from moving smoothly. Normally... A valve body replacement will cure the issue, But...... WHERE DID THE DEBRIS COME FROM??????? If they are severe enough to stick a valve, I would suspect the TORQUE CONVERTER is Internally coming apart.
