94 New yorker Control Arm problem

I am doing some work, replacing the strut rod bushings and the lower control arm on the drivers side. I have removed everything and am trying to get the control arm back into place. My problem is that I can not get the bolt that attaches the control arm to the sub-frame to line up to the holes. Any advice???
