Question 95 LHS Belt Replacment.

Yesterday was driving and all sudden clank clank clanck bang bang like I ran over somthing. No , it was the power stering belt broke. It broke then wrapped around the other belt and broke it to.
I made it home 5 minutes later.
Do I need any special tools to replace the power steering belt and the alternator belt? Is this somthing I can do myslef? Or should I take it to shop. Any advice or instructions would be appriciated greatly. Thanks
