Default 98 concorde

I have a engine code po432 what is it and is that why my car sometimes won't state if i been diving it and then so it won't start. Then it will start if i let it set.

catalytic convertor efficiency problem.

book says it is convertor number 2
since piston number 1 is on the passenger side, i would think the convertor #2 is on the driver side.
