Default 2002 300M - P1776 code, valve body replaced

Hello,
recently I bought this nice 300M from guy who was desperate because of
limp mode stilll going on. He replaced valve body, solenoid packs, remanufactured transmission, changed PCM and still nothing. The limp mode happens after about 15 mins of driving, mostly when you get over 45 mph for some time and then slowing down for junction.
Except code
P1776 there were also
P1790-FAULT IMMEDIATELY AFTER SHIFT
P0750-LR Solenoid Circuit
P0755-2/4 Solenoid Circuit

Do you think it is some electrical problem?

thanks!

I have new knowledge, when I cut off ABS, the transmission starts to behave differently, it gears to 2. gear when I am idling on brake or cant gear when I am moving on. But even when I plug again ABS it stays behaving like that until I leave it in piece for a while.

I don't want to replace the gearbox
Sad to say, but that may be your ONLY option.....

The reason This issue happens, is because your torque converter is full of junk, and all that debris is transferred to the cooler. Replacing the cooler and converter sounds like a plan, but all that junk has been transferred back and forth thru the transmission, and as a result, even after the fact, the system is contaminated.

But the transnission in my car is still like new. Do I still have a chance to have an easier fix other than a transmission replacement or rebuild? Thanks for replying
