Bad Idle 94 Concorde 3.5L

Default Bad Idle 94 Concorde 3.5L
I have a 94 concorde that idles erratically. It runs fine on the road, but at idle it tachs too high. Car has 130K - any suggestions on how to test and what to look for to isolate problem?

My 96 LHS had same problem, I check for obvious vacuum leaks, checked IAT valve, everything was fine, pulled upper intake plenum and gasket was leaking around #1 and #6 cylinders.
