Default Chrysler 300m 2004 engine noise ratling

Thank you for your help my 2004 with only 60k miles. During morning start-ups engine seems to be noisy ratling noise like a lose heat shield light clicking it goes away after driving for 10 minutes Any ideas what this is? how to fix it, if i put it N or P and acelerate the engine there is no noise if i put the car in D and drive it or press the brake and acelerate a litle the noise is there , i can hear it in front of the engine

also i stop the car last Thursday because they are fixing the roads by my house and today Wednesday decide to pull out of the garage and drive it and there was a loud clack clakc noise from the engine and it took about 30 seconds to go away , now is all gone no clack clak noise is this normal ?
