Default Chrysler Concorde 2002 Oxygen Sensors

Chrysler Concorde 2002 LXI 3.5
The problems started last year when the engine light come on. I went to a Shop and the mechanic tested and showed bad oxygen sensors.
I replaced 02 sensors and the problem continued, after that he recommended to replace the sparks plugs and the Ignition Coils lights stills on.
Two weeks ago I went to another mechanic and he said again the Oxygen Sensors went bad again.
I decided to replace (02) upstream and (02) downstream were completed on July 23, 2012 after that the engine light still on.
Today I went to a Chrysler Dealership to check the car again and guess what. The car brings the same problem: Code PO138, PO138, PO152 and PO056 and also Checked Wiring and found PCM Faulty.
Is anybody had the same situation before????

Default Bad Oxygen Sensors

I will replace them right away.
What's best?? NTK or Denso ??
Also I would like to share something with you.
When the Ignition Coil # 5 (left )were replaced I note one of the screw is loose and I don't know this could be affecting all the problem.
Thank you!
I appreciate you valuable time in sharing with me your expertise.

i dunno good buddy? i just went with what the tech told me. when replaced light remained on , so took it to another tech , his machine also read bad 02 sensors , and he said the scanner will put out this same code if you have bad cats. is what i was told. these were not chrysler dealership techs , so as far as there info goes , i dunno. dealership is a hour away and i didnt have the time , i have learned my lesson.

edit = cats were replaced and light has remained off?
