chrysler LHS 2001 - TPMS question
hi all
I busted a rim a few months ago. I finally got the replacement rim off of ebay 2 weeks ago.
my question is this, do I need to swap out the tpms sensor thats on the broken rim and put it on the new rim?
the new rim incidentally also has TPMS sensor. the new rims TPMS need to be reprogramed if I go this route?

training magnets in the trunk?

Training magnet, Round magnet approx 2" dia with a 1/2" hole in the center. Spot in the trunk spare tire well, left corner where it belongs. If missing I use one I got at Home Depot per size above.
Proceedure in owners manual.

the 2001 chrysler LHS never did have TPMS. I checked the manual, it never said anything about TPMS.
once the tire was removed from the damaged rim, it just had the basic stem. Also, the car wasn't equipped with the EVIC unit. it had a different unit.
I believe the 2001 LHS model was the last production model produced by chrysler which might have had something to do with it.
