Default Clunking sound coming from rear tire area
My '00 300m has been making a sort of clunking sound that as best I can tell is coming from the rear passenger tire area (or the suspension or links for that rear wheel). It sort of sounds like someone giving a good whack to an empty coffee can. Seems to happen when I'm driving over uneven pavement.

What rear suspension part could be making that noise?

Wow. 512 views and no replies. This is a great site. I guess these 300m web forums are just as dead as the usenet rec.autos.makers.chrysler newsgroup.
