Default Front Bumper Removal

Hi guys, Its been a while since I've come on here, thank gosh my chrysler has been running strong, but I have a question, how do you replace the accessory belt on a 99 300M, actually I know how to do that, but how do I remove the front bumper cover, I haven't done it to this car, and I don't know where all the bolts are to remove it, can anyone help, and I also had a question, I had my accessory belt come off, the idler and AC pulley look fine, but my CS pulley wobbles a little bit, I was wondering if thats normal or if I need to do something for that to... Thanks in Advance

Its not that hard to remove the front bumper. There is a screw and bolt on each side of the car underneath the splash shield. One is easy to see the other is in a small space. Another thing you have to take off are these black things there about 3 of them holding the bumper.
