Hi Guys,

I need help big time........

I have installed four custom speakers in my Chrysler COncorde 2002. Two in the front door panels (6 1/2) and two in the rear (6X9). I have also installed a new JVC deck. I am getting power to my deck but no sound from the speakers. I know its not the deck because when I hook up speakers directly to the wiring to the back of the deck I get sound... I know its not the wiring harness I bought because I have also tried by-passing the harness which has now blown my chance of getting a new harness as I snipped the wires.

Does anyone know why or can help me with me my issue? I have tried the suggested wires with the correct wires from my deck and no work

Does the sound go to another area in teh car before the speakers or does it go directly from the deck wiring to the speakers..

Depending on the stock system there is an amp in the right rear corner of the trunk or right side kick panel up front. Stock radio powered the amp.
If not powered, no sound...

So if I now by-passed the wiring harness and connected what I believe to be the correct wires as shown in the wiring diagrams I have seen online I would just need to find a way to get to the amp and to the speakers?

I have the two separate decks with the radio and 4 cd changer separate from each other....

 

Or you could just hard wire the whole thing without using the stock harness!
