Hello everyone

My daughter's 2000 concorder got smacked the other night by a tire tread that came off a truck while driving at highway speeds, and it tore the fron bumper, grill, etc up pretty well.
I went to the local pick and pay yard and got a bumper cover from a LHS that was the same color as her car, but the turn signals are different. I actually used to own a 1999 LHS but for the life of me can not remember if the fog lights also function as turn signals. The issue I am having is the signals flash really fast. Cant find a burned out bulb though, and isnt that usually the cause of the fast flash?

Any advice?
