I know this is not a serious problem but it bugs me when something is not working.I'm removing the front bumper soon to do some work and I know the washer bottle is on the drivers side,is there something that I should look for?is this a common problem?Could it just be a wire unplugged? My mother had a little accident with my car and we had to get the bumper replaced,is it possible they didn't plug something in?

All jokes aside...If you cant find anything unplugged /Damaged......
Give it a smack.....Many times this can dislodge a stuck float, or a piece of debris on the contacts and restore proper operation.
