Default Condorde 97 heating issues

I'm sure there have been hundreds of posts on this but I'm a little stuck.

My Concorde started blowing hardly warm air. After some investigation I decided to change the thermostat, stopped it back up with antifreeze/coolant and off I went, still the same problem.

I decided it was time for a coolant flush anyway because I've not had one done in the 4 years I've had the car (and who knows before that) so now I'm pretty sure there is no air bubble in the system (unless they messed up).

It's still getting barely warm air through the vents.

The hose coming out the left of the thermostat housing was hot so I'm sure it's flowing.

Open to what else to systematically check/try/change to try and get some heat back.

Thanks,
Nigel

Where would I find the blend door and how would I test it?

Thanks,
