Default Where is the oil pressure sensor located on 2000 LHS

Hi All, my oil light started flickering when I would stop and a light, then go out when I took off. Then it started flicking and staying on up to high way speeds where it would go off above 2000rpm. The engine is not over heating and I am not hearing any lifter clack so I ASSUME it is the sensor. I picked one up today but it is 4 degrees out and I really dont want to spend more time in the driveway than necassary. I can't afford the manual so I thought I'd ask here.

Does my assement of the problem sound right?

Thanks much.

OK, I jacked the car up and the Oil Pressure switch was on the drivers side right next to the oil filter. But there is a problem. The Oil Pressure switch does not mount INTO the block, it mounts to a housing that has a line attached to the side of it. The housing seems to mount to the block but it is very loose and no oil is comeing out of it. I stopped there because I didn't want to snap the line going into the housing.

The engine does say 3.5, but also High Output and has "24 valve" on the valve cover.

Any suggestion on how I should proceed?
