Default 2000 T&C Infinity Audio want to Install Clarion NZ409 Head Unit

HI, I have been reading the Forums for a week straight and seen many different opinions on the "20 watt factory amps mounted at each speaker" interfacing with aftermarket stereos. The Clarion I want to install has 40 watts X 4 channels. DO I have to replace all of the speakers with aftermarket or can I just hook it up wire for wire and hook up the "dark green wire" which i am thinking is possibly a ground for the onboard amps to the underhood relay for amp power to the "radio chassis ground" on the Clarion Aftermarket Stereo or am I still sending an amplified speaker signal into an amplifier which is probably not a great idea. What is it with the 2000 model year. there are kits for faceplates and wire harnesses galore for the 1996-1999 and 2001 and up but 2000 there is Nada. Can anyone please give me a straight answer on what I need to do to Hook up my New Deck that will be here on Tuesday(the Day before my 50th Birthday),So that I may be taking a Happy roadtrip with my DVD Clarion Flipout interfaced with my 2000 T&C. If I have to do away with the factory speakers and amps, there is a guy here in Vegas that has new in the Box "Infinity reference 6812cf" speakers that say on the box that they fit both 5X7 and 6X9 holes at 35$ a pair ,Has anyone had experience with these. THANKS IN ADVANCE TO ANYONE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE I SEEK

You can install the new radio using a high signal interface made for the infinity external amplifiers, this will reduce the signal and make the amplifiers and speaker compatible to the new radio, with out any noise or problem it is called HRC-UNI you can buy one from oemautosound
