Default Bluetooth Headphones OEM?

Hi all! Just got a 2013 Town and Country. It has two video screens, and came with two headphones. But of course we have four kids, and they are tired of squeezing together to listen two to one headset....

The dealer said "any ol bluetooth headset" will pair with UConnect, but the one I bought at Best Buy tonight was not recognized at all by UConnect.

Any advice? Headed out on a 22 hour (one way) vacation drive in a few weeks, so need help soon!!!!

Thanks!!

Your dealership was incorrect there. The blutooth on Uconnect is for phone pairing and will not accept any other devices.

New vehicle's will only provide two headsets (one per screen) and in order to get more, you'd need to buy a headset that has the plugin wire and a splitter to put multiple headsets into the screen.

I apologize that the dealer provided you inacurate information.

If you have further concerns, you can contact us at 1-800-992-1997.
