Crossfire 2005 infinity radio goes silent

Hi,
I have 2005 Crossfire and the infinity radio goes silent from time to time has anyone experience that? At first I thought it was the cd reader but it also does it with the radio. It's weird because I can still hear the base the base a little in the background but that's it.

Any ideas?
