Default Sirius scroll on 06 town/country radio

I have an 06 chrysler t/c touring spring edition with sirius. The radio is the cd/cassette play with dvd. The sirius only shows the channel number/name but not the song/band. How can I get the radio to show full display without purchasing the nav model.

I'm having the same problem with my 06 Pacifica. It has the 6d DVD/cd/cass/Sirius.
I've posted this on the Pacifica forum and it seem that a lot of people have this problem.
On the Jeep forum there's a refrence to a RB1 adatper cable to hook up between the Sirius and the Radio(RBP) with Nav.
look at this forum and see if this might help you.
I'm going to the dealer friday and see if they know anything about it.
Pacifica forum about Sirius

"The adapter is part #802208322 RB1 adapter for vehicles with an RB1 navigation radio and cd changer.

primetime, the rb1 is the navigation radio and I think that adapter might not work with the rbp radio. been looking into aftermarket radios such as the kenwood excellon they have the adapters for the stock controls on the steeringwheel checkout crutchfield.com

The adapter cable is for when adding a CD changer to a Liberty with Sirius, or adding Sirius to a Liberty with a CD changer. This is only needed when also equipped with the RB1 Navigation radio and only to display title and artist information. The Liberty CD Changer is mounted in the right rear quarter panel trim. The Nav (RB1 definitely, RB4 I am not positive about) radios are the only ones of the older J1850 Bus raios that will display title & artist, with the Can Bus radios the RAQ 6 disc will display it when you hit the information button and the REC Nav radio will display the information. The J1850 radios are being phased out, newer vehicles will have either the Can Bus radios (LX, WK, XK, 06&up PT, PM, MK etc) or the new High Speed Interior Bus radios in the 07 Wrangler, 07 Sebring etc.
