Default Too much midrange

I have a 2008 T&C and my radio sounds like crap most of the time unless I lower the midrange EQ down to minimum. There is waay too much midrange in most of the music that I play on CD or HDD or Sat. Speaking of sat, does Sirius sound like a 48kbps MP3 to anyone else? It's certainly not CD quality from what I can hear. I'm no audiophile but I can tell the difference between a standard 128kbps stream and a sub standard stream. By adding the 3 kids tv stations I bet they lowered the quality of the sounds. Too bad I don't have any kids. Does anyone know a way to mess with the sound settings? I think I have a center speaker for 5.1 sound or whatever. Can the levels of each speaker be adjusted like on a good home theater system? I need to crank that center channel way down I think.
