Default 1997 sebring cd player doesnt work?

i have a 1997 chrysler sebring i have a OEM cd player. it stopped working out of nowhere i have no clue what could be the problem. i had a fuse blow a while ago but idk if that could be the problem. when i hold the time button it shows but it doesnt turn on or anything... doesnt play cd and radio FM AM doesnt work NOTHING can anyone tell me what i could possibly do? is there possibly a antitheft code i have to punch in. and if your going to answer "try changing the fuse" could i get a diagram of a 97 sebring fuse panel

There is a fuse panel at the end of the dash under a cover visible with the driver's door open. The underside of the cover lists what each fuse protects. You owner's manual also has this information. You can check the fuses there.
You might try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. That might reset the brain in the radio. If that doesn't work, it's probably time to replace it.
I was able to find a radio on eBay for my '01. You could get lucky.
