Default 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertable 2.5l automatic

Recently had to change the head gasket in my nieces car. After putting back together it wouldn't start. No spark. Found the distributor was cracked. Replaced it. It started. Drove it 15 miles to her house ran fine. Next day she calls and says it wont start. Checked, no spark, resistance in distributor no longer met specks, replaced again. Started and ran fine. She took it to work in the morning said it was losing power on freeway and lost her dash lights, got off work, wouldn't start. Had it towed to my house, tested resistance in distributor, checked out fine, found a ground strap was broken, replaced it, it started it up. It ran, could hear and then feel a major vacuume leak at both ends or the EGR tube. Replaced the gaskets. Now the car wont start again. The only thing I can think of is maybe the wiring harness has a bad connection. I have a diagram of the distributor connections, not sure what to check for. Not setting off any codes. Any help would be appreciated.
