Default Radio Issues

2003 Sebring convertible....problem with radio, sounds like it could be a bad ground somewhere, not sure, a lot of white noise and loss of radio ststion. CD player and cassette player player ok. I haven't been able to locate ground; unless it is in the wiring harness for the radio. Thoughts?
Thanks

Check the antenna connection. You might need to pull out the radio. It's relatively easy. Remove the bezel surrounding the radio and heater controls by grabbing it at the bottom an pulling out until the first set of clips snap loose. Then, using a trim tool or a similar object like a paint stirrer, pry the bezel off. Disconnect the wires to the heater control and set it aside. Remove the screws holding the radio in place and slide it out to access the wires in back.

Also check the antenna on the fender.
