2001 Sebring cracked bumper cover
Hey all,
My '01 Sebring has a cracked bumper cover. The car is too old to pay for having a new bumper cover installed.
I was wondering what type of plastic material the bumper cover was made of that year so I knew what type of epoxy/adhesive/glue to buy & do the repair myself. I'm not looking for a real professional looking repair, so I'm sure I can do it.
Thanks for your help!
Brent

Here's something:
http://www.automotivetouchup.com/sto...epair_kit.aspx
Search the web and you'll find lots of information including videos on how to repair your bumper.
A couple of years ago I found a new bumper cover on eBay for my '01 for about $39 plus about $60 shipping. My local body repair shop painted it (triple coat) for about $180 if I remember right. You can see the results in my photo album on this forum. It's the rear bumper of the convertible.
