Default 2004 Sebring Sedan...Horn Malfunction

My mother inlaw has a 2004 Sebring Sedan, which when she went to have inspected today, failed, as the horn when depressed by the mechanic wouldn't shut off...So, along with failing it, he somehow disconnected it. Upon, contacting the dealer, them claimed that the horn switch, along with the airbag and some other items would need to be replaced, at the expense of over 1000 dollars....ouch! I checked the fuses, and the mechanic must have unplugged the horn from the actual horn, as the fuses were present, both under the hood, above the battery and inside the drivers door....I drive a 1954 Dodge Coronet...lol....but for the life of me couldn't find the horn on this Sebring, I figured it most be behind the grill somewhere....but no luck....So, my question is, Where is the horn located, do you guys think he just unplugged it from there, and is it possible to fix this problem myself, as I am quite handy with cars....Any help in this matter would be most appreciated...Joe

well i can tell u this if u plug the horn back in the it will just keep going off untill the fuse blows. The horn pad it the cause and 1000 ouch humm find out how much just the part is and u can do it yourslef just unplug the batt because u will be messing with the air bag on the wheel when u get the new pad u will see what it loks like and what to install a new one. The horns are located under the right side headlight assembly take it out and u will see it.
