2010 Sebring electrical issue...please advise
Hi Group I have a 2010 Sebring that works great with the exception of a few minor issues.
1) My 4-way flashers will randomly come on..usually flash 2-5 times then shut off by themselves.
2) my back left brake light is out, i replaced the bulb and it's still not working
3) Rear defrost works, but not very strongly.
Issues related? I was thinking maybe a bad wire? I wanted some advice if this is somthing small i could look at myself or have a small shop fix before bringing to a dealer who will rape me for all the money I have-Thanks

Get yourself a decent volt/ohm meter and try to approach the problem in a logical and methodical manner and you might be able to solve it yourself. A great help would be a shop manual with full wiring diagrams. Haunt eBay and you might find one at a decent price. There are other sources but you'll be paying something no matter where you go. Look on line and don't expect to get it for free.
Look for a bad ground somewhere for starters. If the car has ever had collision damage, look there for a pinched wire that wasn't repaired properly.
Try replacing that bulb again with a known good one from the other side. Maybe the one you first put in there was bad. If you're sure it's not the bulb, use the meter to check for voltage and continuity in the wiring. Looking for faults in wiring isn't rocket science but it's tedious and time-consuming. Better you do it than pay a dealership $90/hour to do the same thing.
