Post After Suspension work, new "crunch" noise

2002 Sebring Convertible 6CY

I just redid my front struts and upper ball joints on both sides. Test drive yesterday went great, with no issues. However, today, every major bump causes a plastic sounding crunch noise on the passenger side.

Anyone have any ideas what I may have screwed up?

Put it back up on the jackstand and re-check your work. Check the dust boot on the strut. Check to make sure everything is tight including the bolts under the hood at the top of the spring tower. Check other stuff, too, like the sway bar ball joints.
