Default Blower motor switch power question

My blower motor switch does not work in any position. I did a quick check at the connectors at the switch with the ignition on and find no power at any of the wires. The 30 amp fuse appears to be good. There should be power at somke of the wires I would think. I think I saw somewhere there is a fuse/relay inder the hood?

Could be a fuse, could be the resistor block. There's a legend in your owners manual for the fuse panels of the car. You have provided no details about your car so this is just general, but many Sebrings have a fuse box under the hood and another behind a panel at the left end of the instrument panel.
There should also be a legend on the underside of the cover(s) of the fuse box(es).
The resistor block is usually found in the heater box behind the glove compartment. Search the forum here for discussions on how and why to replace that part.

I just thought it was odd there was no power at any of the wires at the fan switch connector with the ignition on.

Yes I see that now thta I found a wiring drawing. I jumped the blower and it did not work. I decided to go ahead and pull it and a lot of water came out. Where did it come from and what should I do or look for? Thanks

The air comes into the system through the cowl in front of the windshield. Rain comes in there, too. You also get water from condensation when the A/C is running. Water in there should drain out through a tube that goes through the firewall. Look for a rubber hose that comes through the metal firewall and just ends. Try squeezing and/or massaging it a bit to allow the crap in it to fall out. You get dead bugs and dirt in there to the point that it just gets plugged up. Sometimes parking under certain kinds of trees aggravates the problem with little leaves and stuff that falls in there.

Thanks for all the help everyone. Found the hose and tons of water flowed out of it. Pretty sure the water damaged the motor. It does not want to spin.
