Default 2009 Chrysler Sebring Touring (Power Outlet in Center Console)

I need some help I just bought my 2009 Sebring and have noticed that the power outlet in the center console has no power but the one on my dash works perfectly fine. The one in the center console is supposed to work while the car is off or on but it isn't working at all. Is it a blown fuse or not since it runs straight from the battery. If it is a fuse do you all know the location of the fuse

There is a fuse in that circuit. Consult your owners manual for a description of which fuse does what. If you don't have an owners manual, download one from chrysler.com.
